Starting about two months prior to your wedding, I take logistics off your plate. By the day of, every vendor, every timeline, every detail is mine to hold so you can be fully present.

Pre-wedding day

  • 2 one-hour client meetings (venue walk-through + final planning)
  • Unlimited email communication
  • General planning checklist & templates
  • Preferred vendor list
  • Attendance at catering tasting
  • Detailed wedding-day timeline
  • Collect vendor COIs (certificates of insurance) and meal counts
  • Confirm all vendors 1 week prior to the event

Ceremony rehearsal

  • One-hour ceremony rehearsal coordination
  • Collect wedding-day items for setup
  • Collect gratuities for applicable vendors

Day-of wedding

  • 1 assistant coordinator (for up to 100 guests)
  • Up to 10 hours of on-site service
  • Wedding-day emergency kit
  • Single point of contact for vendors, wedding party, and guests
  • Direct vendors where to go for setup
  • Line up & cue wedding party + family for ceremony processional
  • Secure personal gifts & marriage license after ceremony
  • Coordinate grand entrance into the reception
